This is a framework by SADC which provides a working definition for a SADC HIV and AIDS best practices as well as the criteria that must be met for a programme to qualify as best practice. It provides guidance to member states on how to take advantage of best practices, how to document them at country or local level and concludes by giving a number of examples of the opportunities that exist within SADC disseminate best practices.
