This report describes a project implemented by SADC in partnership with UNAIDS Regional Support Team . The project aimed to achieve regional support through the establishment of a sustainable system to enable SADC and member states to track the epidemic and its response at regional and country level and to identify, document and promote lessons learnt in the process.
