SADC Best Practice Mauritius Methadone Substitution Therapy Program in Mauritius

The Mauritius Methadone Substitution Therapy Program is one of the Best Practices from four member states (Mauritius, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe). The overall purpose of this document is to share how, and to what extent, the Mauritius Methadone Substitution Therapy (MST) Programme meets the seven SADC criteria of Best Practices, and whether it can be replicated by the multitude of actors and institutions responding to the epidemic across the region.
