The HIV and AIDS Business Plan was developed in the context of key SADC policy documents(The Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP) and the SADC Strategic Framework and Programme of Action)These documents have served to set the Business Plan in its strategic context and will continue to guide SADC’s response over each five-year timeframe. The plan aims to reduce the incidence of new infections and incidence and prevalence of HIV and AIDS among the most vulnerable groups within in the SADC region.
